    As long as you disclose that you are a licensed agent your ok. Your not their realtor. You are an investor and you have a real estate license. THeir is a difference.

    That is why I am selling the short sales riches system. Your exact issues are exactly my target demographic. There are a few key things that most people overlook when doing short sales that I go over in my course. I don’t want to sound like a freakin salesman. But my strategy is not “highes and best offer” its “Discount the CRAP out of the mortgage so that people are banging down your door begging you to buy the house. Even in this market. Highes and best is not the same as “best”.

    I have worked with Realtors who’ve been trying to do shortsales for over a year with no luck - can’t find end-buyers. I’m not saying shortsales don’t work but it seems near impossible to complete a shortsale w/o leaving your home. I’m begining to work with 2 partners in order to complete shortsales and make money. Finding leads are easy, talking with homeowners about their options is easy but negotiating to a very low price can be difficult and then finding qualified buyers seems near impossible
