    Nathans system IS THE BEST because I can keep tabs on MY BIZ at anytime! I will know how my negotiator is doing, PERIOD! I won’t have to “take their word for it” over the phone.

    Deals break down ALL THE TIME and if that were to happen, I would just love to drive to my negotiators office and talk about it. I love relationship building! Wait, I just thought of one more reason to have my own negotiator. He/she doesn’t get paid unless the deal goes through anyway! Who cares about “my number,” my negotiator will know what a deal is and what it is not! ( I TRAINED THE **** OUT OF HIM/HER!!!) MUHAHAHAHA

    2. It is great that I don’t pay a penny unless the deal goes through at my number. THAT SCARES THE **** OUT OF ME because not paying my negotiator (unless a deal is done) doesn’t allow me go to bed at night KNOWING FOR A FACT that the negotiator is actually giving ALL OF MY deals 110% effort. Again, you said that I don’t pay unless the # comes in where I want, great! But, If the negotiator can’t get the deal done, how long will that file sit on his desk before I know that its done with.

    1. You can keep “tabs on” or in other words, you can build a relationship with your negotiator where he/she WANTS to work with me whether I have 3 deals or 30 deals going. I cannot do that with some company I hire to do it. This brings me to my next point

    I really like …
    I really like Nathans “king of the juggling act” Idea the best. Here is why… If you go back to the very beginning of the system you would understand that we (the investors team) need to do it OUR WAY (ie. no active listings etc.) In order to do that I need a negotiator that is not only a phone call away but a 15 minute drive away. That is important for a couple reasons.
