    are they? post which banks are doing such…it may just be specific cases.

    And did Chris say 13%? Maybe overall behind. How about 23% underwater?. Predictions are for 30% underwater next year and 2 analysts from Deutsch Bank said it could hit 50(!!)% by 2011. 50% underwater!! Current or not!!
